LOUVRES WITH PIANO HINGES IN 0.8MM STEEL TO SUIT 8MM (5/16") ROD

We now have tooling to be able to form sheet metal which is 0.8mm thick into piano hinges to suit or rotate around 8mm or 5/16" rod. 

We can form piano hinges about 1.2meters long (or possibly up to 6 foot in length), please write to us to find out more about your requirement.

This is a test piece of a piano hinge profile we can produce on your panel

The following pictures below show an example of finished louvre panels with piano hinges and with 15mm wide x 250mm long angled louvers press in them. We also put in beads and bends aswell.

The panels are around 800mm long x 470mm wide overall with piano hinge one one side.

The panels had to match the existing panel of a "ROLLIN" automobile 1923 - 1925 model.

We made the entire new panels.
