We now manufacture and supply Corrugated Colorbond Vents - Horizontally Orientated in larger 400 wide x 415mm high.

These vents fit onto Horizontally orientated Colorbond sheeting - that is running left to right (not up and down etc)

These vents are available in any ready available colourbond colour.

Our Corrugated Colorbond Vents come with Ember Mesh.

To mount vent and mesh, you need to either use self tappers or pop rivets.

With self tappers you need to screw in 1/8" approx  self tapper through both vent and mesh and then into underlysing corrugated sheeting.

If using rivets you need to first drill 3.2mm (1/8" of inch) hole through both vent, mesh and underlying corrugated sheeting and then pop rivet in with 1/8th diameter pop rivets.

Pop rivets are available from hardware stores in various colourbond colours so they will match vent.

All mounting screws or pop rivets should be located on the top of ridges or high spots.

You still need to silicone around 90 degree corrugated bend at top and bottom.

We also sell vents that suit or fit onto Vertically Orientated Colorbond sheeting.
