We manufactured the following louvre panel to suit a Nissan Patrol GUIV-08 Bonnet Louver to replace the bonnet intake which was removed.

The size of this panel measures 700mm wide x 600mm high.

Material 1mm mild steel.

The panel has a central row with 15mm wide x 250mm long louvers, plus two outer rows with 15mm wide x 130mm long louvres presses in them.

The panel is to fit onto the Nissan Patrol's bonnet with the louvre or air openings facing towards the drivers windshield.

We have also manufactured louvre panels to suit a Nissan Patrol GUIV-08 Bonnet Louver out of 1.5mm Aluminium. Please see pictures below:

The size of this panel below is slightly smaller than the one above, measuring 700mm wide x 450mm high.

Material 1.5mm aluminium.

The panel has a central row with 15mm wide x 250mm long louvers, plus two outer rows with 15mm wide x 140mm long louvres presses in them.

They have rounded corners.

Again, the panel is to fit onto the Nissan Patrol's bonnet with the louvre or air openings facing towards the drivers windshield.
