We now manufacture and supply Bushfire  or "Ember Proof" louvre panels for covering large doors and windows.

All vents compliant with BAL29 rating. Mesh Aperture less than 2mm.

In terms of size we can supply, the following bi-fold doors panels with support frames are 405mm wide approx by 2.6 metres high approximately.

We custom manufactured heavy duty parliament type hinges to allow correct folding to each side of a door way and rebated other smaller hinges into the panels themselves so when closed hinges are flush and will protect from embers due to elimination and minimizatiuon of gaps.

Each panel has ember proof mesh spot welded on the back.

Material - All galvanised steel.

The following Bi-Fold Bushfire Door Coverings are for a large entrance of a home. We hope to put pictures on website of actual customers house with coverings installed later this year once we have time to visit.

The following panels are actually quite huge in size standing about 3.1 metres high and each door measures approximately 565mm wide.
