We can manufacture large louvers suitable for bus engine ventilation.

The following louver panels are approximately 880mm wide x 940mm high with 19mm wide x 300mm long individual louvers pressed in two rows down each panel.

The panels are 1mm mild steel.

All panels have safety folds around perimeter. 

We also made a large louver 1800mm long x 400mm wide approximately, also with 19mm wide x 300mm long individual louvers at various spacing for a GAS VENTILATION CABINET. Basically this louver panel below is a door cover where a piano hinge is to be mounted on one side. And this Gas Ventilation Door covers three internal shelves where gas bottles are to be stored inside the bus. So for each of the thress shelves there are a couple rows (4) of ventilation louvers 19 x 300 that are situated at the bottom of each shelf to allow gas to escape or vent away.

The reverse side is shown to illustrate the safety folds on various edges. A portion of one side was left without safety folds to allow mounting of a piano hinge.
