The following engine bonnet louvre panel was pressed by us as a flat sheet and Peter Johnson who is  involved in restoration in Gippland formed it to the rounded shape and added handle and finished. These are some photos. Note that the 1912 Brush automobile has only one single cylinder.

The flat louver panel louver that we supply used 25mm wide x 200mm long individual louvers pressed into 1mm steel that was supply.
